“I started my passion with spicy food like everyone else. I grew up eating Tabasco, Franks, Texas Pete and Cholula hot sauces. Once I discovered the Bhut Jolokia “Ghost Pepper” I had to try them and it was love at first taste.” States Smallwood on his love of the spicier things in life. Steve “The Machine” Smallwood is no stranger when it comes to breaking records either. “I heard about the Weekend of Fire at Jungle Jim’s and they had a Defcon Sauces Death Match Wing Contest.
