Q. Have you ever used a Kamado Grill or Ceramic Cooker? What are the benefits, and what foods are the best for cooking on them?
A. Ceramic cookers are a great cooking vessel—we love cooking on them. They are so well insulated that they can be used as both a grill and a smoker. You can make just about anything on a ceramic cooker, from meat and seafood to sides, fruit and even dessert. We also love how it’s super simple to operate; you get the hang of it after just a few tries.
