Another perfect complement to grilled pork or chicken, it adds a sweet and savory bite that will surely please. It’s also fantastic on grilled hotdogs and brats, and slathered over a giant burger. Make this addictive sauce ahead, and the heat will build by the next day.

YIELD 2½ cups
ZEST FACTOR Hot
PREP TIME 2 hours
COOK TIME none

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup yellow mustard
½ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon habanero powder
½ tablespoon ground cayenne
½ tablespoon Dry mustard
salt and pepper taste

1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
